Philly Cheesesteak

Brush butter on buns and toast in oven

Thin sliced steak, green peppers, onion, provolone cheese

1) Cook green peppers and onion in butter with a little garlic and set aside
2) Cook steak with salt + pepper and a little garlic and set aside.
3) Combine steak with green peppers and mix and then layer provolone cheese on top until softened
